Detailed JD:-
•Develop and implement solutions to ensure privacy policies are correctly implemented. The
implementations should advance compliance with legal forms of data use as well as support
business use of data.
• Designing, developing, testing, and operationalizing processes that enables the
organization to improve its privacy maturity and Privacy by Design levels.
• Identifying, designing, and managing the implementation of privacy-enhancing
technologies, methodologies, and techniques (e.g., differential privacy, encryption,
etc.)
• Privacy laws, directives, regulations, and standards in Europe and other jurisdictions
(e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, ePrivacy, NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Tools, methodologies, and techniques relevant to information security, privacy, and data
protection across different kinds of technologies (e.g., One Trust, cloud, artificial intelligence,
machine learning, surveillance, etc.).
• Acting as subject matter for privacy and data protection, including advising stakeholders
across functions and domains on complex matters at the intersection of law, technology, and
business.
